I need some different appetizer recipes for a superbowl party?

I need some different recipes for a superbowl party...other than the typical wings and nachos and stuff....some good finger foods and appetizers. HELPI need some different appetizer recipes for a superbowl party?
Bacon Wrapped Weiners

2 lbs Little Smokies sausages (we use Hillshire Farm)

1 lb bacon (real bacon, no turkey bacon or maple flavored)

2 cups light brown sugar

Line large baking sheet with foil (we don't always do this, but it's easier for cleanup). Cut bacon into thirds, resulting in several 3'; strips. Wrap each weiner with bacon, line them loosely in the pan as you go. Cover with brown sugar, it'll seem like a lot of sugar, but it cooks down Bake 375 for 45 minutes. Broil at the end until top is crisped.

Sausage Cheese Balls

2 lbs regular ground sausage

1 1/2 cups all purpose baking mix

4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup finely chopped onion

1/2 cup finely chopped celery

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Preheat oven to 375%. Mix all ingredients. Form into 1 inch balls. Bake 15 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet until golden brown. Makes about 6 dozen. Sausage cheese balls can be frozen uncooked.I need some different appetizer recipes for a superbowl party?
Here are a few that are good, but a little different...

***Toasted Ravioli***

2 eggs

Splash of milk or half-and-half

Salt and pepper

1 1/2 cups Italian bread crumbs, (eyeball it)

1/2 cup grated Parmigiano Reggiano, (a couple of handfuls)

Handful flat leaf parsley, chopped

12 large fresh spinach and cheese ravioli, about 3/4 pound

5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (EVOO), divided

3 cloves garlic, finely chopped

Pinch red pepper flakes

2 roasted red peppers, drained

1 can crushed tomatoes (14 ounces)

Preparation

Beat eggs and a splash of milk seasoned with salt and pepper in a shallow dish. Combine bread crumbs with cheese and parsley in a second dish. Coat the fresh pasta in egg then bread crumbs. Heat 3 tablespoons EVOO over medium heat in a skillet then toast the ravioli until deep golden, 3-4 minutes on each side.

In a small sauce pot heat the remaining EVOO and the garlic and red pepper flakes over medium-low heat. Grind the roasted peppers in the food processor and add to garlic after it saut茅s for a couple of minutes. Stir in tomatoes and season the sauce with salt and pepper. When ready to serve, transfer sauce to a small bowl. Surround the sauce with toasted ravioli for dipping and serve.

***Beef Teriyaki***

1 pound beef, cut in 1 inch cubes

1 15-ounce can pineapple chunks with juice

1/2 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 clove garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon minced ginger

2 teaspoons sesame oil

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients, including liquid from pineapple, and marinate, covered and refrigerated, 3 hours. Thread beef and pineapple alternately on skewers. Discard leftover marinade. Broil about 8 minutes, turning once, until beef is cooked.

***Lettuce Wraps***

head iceberg lettuce or romaine lettuce leaves (whichever you prefer)

Sauce:

1 tablespoon soy sauce

2 tablespoons oyster sauce

1 tablespoon dry sherry

1 teaspoon sugar

Remaining Ingredients:

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 slice ginger, minced

1 garlic clove, minced

2 green onions, chopped

1 lb meat from chicken breasts or sliced white chicken meat

1 red pepper, seeded and diced

1 can water chestnuts, rinsed in warm running water and chopped

1 stalk celery, diced

1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water

Preparation:

Wash the lettuce, dry, and separate the leaves. Set aside.

Mix together the sauce ingredients. Heat the sesame oil in a non-stick frying pan on high heat. Add the garlic, ginger, and green onions and fry until the garlic and ginger are aromatic. Add the chicken and cook until the chicken is browned. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.

Add the red pepper, water chestnuts, and celery to the frying pan. Add the sauce ingredients and cook at medium heat, Give the cornstarch/water mixture a quick restir and add to the sauce, stirring to thicken. Add the chicken back into the wok. Cook for 2 - 3 more minutes, stirring, to heat through and finish cooking the chicken.

Lay out a lettuce leaf and spoon a heaping teaspoon of the chicken and vegetable/sauce mixture into the middle. The lettuce wraps are designed to be eaten ';taco-style,'; with the lettuce/chicken mixture folded into a package. Continue with the remainder of the chicken and lettuce leaves. Serve.

Variations: Try substituting different vegetables, or using one of the many stir-fry sauces that are now on the market in place of the sauce.
These are the easiest and yummiest appetizers. I get requested to make these at all our parties. This was a high-rate recipe on allrecipes.com, but I played around with it a bit and came up with some changes that makes it even better.

Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms

1/2 pound ground pork sausage (I chop mine up in the food processor so it's very fine)

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (8 ounce) package fresh mushrooms, stems removed

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350.

Place sausage in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain and transfer to a medium bowl.

Blend cream cheese with the sausage. Stuff mushroom caps with the cream cheese and sausage mixture.

Arrange stuffed mushroom caps on a medium baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes and then put under the broiler for 2 minutes to brown.

I added the following changes to the recipe.

I fry up garlic with my sausage and add onion powder to the mixture.

I also melt some butter and mix it with seasoned bread crumbs and grated parmesan cheese. I then take the mushrooms once filled and dip it into the bread crumbs
You can serve those little hot dogs wrapped in a slice of bacon, also some kind of crackers topped with bolognesa sauce (mix pork and beef chopped meat, spice it with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder, oregano and parsley, put in a pan and cook till brown-around 10 minutes total!-) put that on top of the cracker, a spoon of tomato sauce and little piece of melting cheese, this is yummy, also a bowl with fruit and melted chocolate to dip
get baby red potatoes bake with olive oil, let them cool, then hollow them out. With the insides, mash them with some sour cream, bacon bits and scallions. Stuff back the hollowed red potato shells, bake for another few minutes, until brown on top. enjoy!
