New Year appetizer recipes?

I am thinking of inviting a few friends over and wondering what would be some great recipes I could get to together and try out... they love to eat.. what are some of your favorite recipes?New Year appetizer recipes?
Easy dip my daughter did this year:





2 pkgs cream cheese


1 pkg Jimmy Dean Sausage


2 cans Rotel tomatoes





Put in slow cooker, heat thoroughly, serve with corn chips.








I do a mexican dip:





1 lb. ground beef cooked


1 pkg. cream cheese


1/2 lb. cheddar shredded


1 med jar salsa

every year my sister makes this little munchie snack treat its the BEST try it heres the recipe:





you will need:


3 cups of square rice cereal


2 cups of teddy bears


2 cups of mini pretzels


3 table spoons of butter


2tablespoons of honey


1/2 cup of m%26amp;ms (or any other small candy)





Steps:


set the oven to 350 F


spray pan (or container that you will put in the oven) with pam


place the mix of ingrediants into a large bowl


put your 3 table spoons of butter into bowl


microwave on high for 45 sec.(or until melted)


thena dd the honey to the melted butter


pur the honey and butter(mixed together) over the ingrediants


mix them around and evenly spread the whole batch into your pan that youalready sprayed with pam


put the mix into the oven for 12 minutes


after you take it out and let it cool you may add more cadies.
