Can you give me an appetizer recipe for miniature meatballs?

I need to bring an appetizer for Christmas Eve. I was considering mini meat balls with some grape jelly and chili sauce. I don't know the proportions.

I am happy to hear any suggestions or alternative recipes. Can you give me an appetizer recipe for miniature meatballs?
Does this help.....?

PARTY MINI MEATBALLS

1 lb. ground beef

2 c. small torn pieces white bread (about 2 slices)

1 pkg. onion soup mix (Lipton)

1 tsp. dried parsley flakes

1 egg

In a large mixing bowl. Combine all ingredients except sauce. Shape meat mixture into 1 inch balls and arrange on a glass baking dish. Do not stack the meat balls. Make one layer. Pour sauce evenly over meat balls. Bake 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until done. If necessary spoon off any extra fat. Place in a ??? dish, eat with toothpicks. Makes about 4 dozen.

SAUCE FOR PARTY MINI MEATBALLS:

1 c. catsup

1/2 c. grape jelly

Okay here is a recipe that is GREAT and EVERYONE that I make it for LOVES it and every time I go some where they ask me to bring it and give them the recipe. It is for Swedish Meatballs in the crock-pot and it is sooooo simple.

I buy frozen mini meatballs because they are the easy.

Take two cans of evaporated milk

2 cans of cream of mushroom soup

2 beef bouillon cubes

Mix all that together in the crock-pot and add the meatballs stir to coat and cook on low for about 6 to 8 hours

I usually just add a splash of worstershire sauce to change the color a little. hope this helps

Happy Holidays!

This is really good!
Buy frozen mini meatballs and a jar of Prego or Ragu - I know it sounds simple but we make this every year and even our snobby friends love them!
