Ok so I watch Hells Kitchen and there is this appetizer that they serve and Ramsey is always saying how Dave's is delicious and it is green but it is not pesto but I cannot remember the darn name of the dish. I have it on the tip of my tongue but cant get it out. Can you help me and also give me a recipe and does anyone know if it really is good?Appetizer recipe on Hells Kitchen?

are you talking about risotto? I know it's green on hells kitchen, but I'm not sure what kind of risotto they're making. basic risotto is just arborio rice (about a cup, to serve 4) sauteed with some onion and garlic, and then add about a cup of hot chicken stock at a time untill completely absorbed.(about 4-6cups) about 20 minutes in all or untill rice is tender. then stir in a couple of tablespoons of butter and about 1/2 cup parmesan. and yes, risotto is very good.
its called risotto. i don't have a recipe but on the food network i tried Giada Delaurentis risotto it good it is a browned butter risotto with lobster so yummy and delicious.
If it is what the first person says (I don't watch the show), it is spelt risotto.
